Apologies on th blurry photography, but I had to post about George Gee Swing Band playing at Tybee Post Theater this weekend. My uncle Charles Stephens used to play with the band. He died 11 years ago from a stroke. My uncle played trombone with Sun-Ra, Lionel Hampton and many others. When I moved to New York I saw him play with George Gee at Swing 46. My uncle Charles was wise and cool.
