#todayontheblog more #whole30 cooking. What to do with boring a$$ canned tuna even if you don't have eggs or mayo. 1. 1 red onion, celery stalk and bell pepper pulsed individually in the ninja. 2. Combine shredded carrots, sliced green onion, squeezed lemon juice and fresh parsley with above. 3. Heat skillet with gee (you can use butter, olive/coconut oil etc). 4. Add vegetables to skillet, cover and stir occasionally. 5. Combine 1/2 cup almond flour (for every 12 oz of tuna) with tuna. Feel free to use breadcrumbs and to add an egg and or mayo) 6. Add sautéed veggies to tuna and flour. 7. Season and make 4 oz patties. 8. I baked 1/2 at 350 for 20 mins then broiled them for 4 mins to crisp. 9. The other 1/2 were cooked in the skillet with coconut oil. 10. I preferred those cooked on the stove top best. 11. boneless skinless canned salmon could be used in lieu of tuna. 12. #YallKnowItAintNoBlog ☺️ by blacktieatl
