Dinner last night. Cauliflower taco and tuna poke tostada #latergram

#norecipe one ripe persimmon with half cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Cooked for twenty minutes. Remove from heat. Added a dash of ground ginger and a teaspoon of almost extract. Delicious!
