Ten years ago, I had a belated birthday dinner at Prune. Chef Mashama Bailey spent four years working at Prune under Gabrielle Hamilton. Coincidentally, I now live in Savannah where Chef Mashama Bailey has two restaurants @thegreysavannah and @thegreymkt.
