This building was formerly a high school. It was bought by a university four years ago but hasn’t been developed. It should at least be secured with fencing and security cameras so as to not invite illicit activity like prostitution. Furthermore its vacancy creates no revenue or intrinsic value for the city. This is essentially squatting. #savannah
